Service:Fitness Assessment and Consultation change

Your Fitness Assessment will consist of a basic Physical Readiness test that involves basic exercises such as push ups, sit ups, pull ups,  a sprint/run and other various tests such as a balance and flexibility test. Please show up to the Assessment in gym clothing, bring water, a small hand towel and be fasted for a minimum of three hours in order for the Body Analysis results to be accurate.
